RULES FOR ENTRY TO STUDWAGYUAUCTION.COM Frozen Genetics Fundraiser Event

Entry to the Sale is Complimentary, sales company reserves the right to refuse entry by any lot for any reason.The seller will NOT pay studwagyuauction.com a 15.5% commission on this sale due to the fundraising event. All proceeds go to the fundraiser.
All Sires and Dams of frozen genetics must be registered with the breeds registry and have been parent verified. All entries must be registered as Fullblood or Purebred in status.
When you enter a lot in one of our sales events you are guaranteeing the lot is EXACTLY as advertised or submitted at your time of entry.
By consigning any lot in a Studwagyuauction.com frozen genetic sales event you acknowledge that you are contracting with the winning bidder directly and that Studwagyuauction.com has no responsibility whatsoever as to authenticity or accuracy of the lot you are offering. You acknowledge that you alone are the guarantor for the genetics offered.
When declaring the location of the lot, you are confirming that the offering is at that location at the time of entry and will remain there until the sale is concluded.
Our entry form allows for declaration of exportable eligibility (if in fact the lot is qualified). When selecting this option, the seller guarantees that the offered lot is in fact eligible for export to the country(s) declared. Any shipping of lots offered and bought are the sole responsibility and expense of the buyer. This applies both domestically as well as internationally.
Once your lot(s) that have sold in the most recent sale are paid for you will receive an email to release these items to the buyer.
Once an entry has been submitted and accepted by the Studwagyuauction.com and then it becomes withdrawn, there will be a $50.00 fee charged by the sales company.
Studwagyuauction.com (unlike other sales companies) will send your sales proceeds as soon as all your lots have settled, less the sales commission. You will not have to wait for the entire sale to settle to receive your funds.
Studwagyuauction.com reserves the right to void or cancel any bid either during or after the sale has concluded.
Funds are remitted as payment is received. The nature of the registered sale and buyers across the country and the world can lead to 30-day collection times.

By signing below, I acknowledge and reconfirm that studwagyuauction.com has the right to remove my entry at anytime as well as confirm that I alone am responsibility for the accuracy of my consignment(s) as well as finalizing the sales transaction initiated by the sales company.

When you participate in our sales events (either as a buyer or a seller) you are participating in an online timed sales event. The lot you are bidding on may or may not have a reserve on it. Our sale platform allows for real time offers on each lot and simulates a virtual auction house. Our sales are a hybrid of the horse sales arena, which use an RNA (Reserve not attained) feature. This RNA operates as a software feature. At the conclusion of the sale if you are the high bidder, you have won the lot and will receive an invoice shortly. - Payments are accepted by check, credit card or wire transfer, payments are expected within 10 days.
